Step 1: Add Ice & Water
Add 1 1/2 Cups Crushed Ice ~ Nugget Ice is BEST ... AND 8oz Cold Water to the Blender Cup.
Step 2: Add Protein Powder Ingredients
Per the protein powder shake recipe: Add Protein Meal Shake Mix, Protein Powder, Pudding Mix(es), and any dry and/or wet add-ins to the Blender Cup.
Step 3: Add-in Optional Boosts
Add-in optional boosts, such as instant aloe mix or milled flax seed.
Step 4: Blend
Blend on High Until Thoroughly Mixed ~ Roughly 45-60 Seconds.
Step 5: Pour
