Trader Joe's Pizza Recipe: Burrata, Pesto, Pepperoni & Basil

Ingredients

  • 1 Slab Trader Joe's Pizza Crust - Pre-Made

  • 1 ¼ Cup Trader Joe's Pizza Sauce

  • 2 Balls Trader Joe's Burrata (8oz)

  • 8 Tbsp Trader Joe's Kale, Cashew & Basil Pesto

  • 3 oz Ciao Pepperoni (16 slices)

  • ¼ Cup Fresh Basil

Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    2. Place empty cookie sheet in oven on middle rack. This will heat the sheet and enable a crispy crust. You can skip this step if putting the pizza directly onto rack - however using a sheet works amazing and also reduces clean-up.

    1. Using a cutting board, place one pizza crust slab onto board.

    2. Spread pizza sauce evenly and to the edges over the crust.

    3. Spoon the pesto and drop the dallops somewhat evenly over the sauce.

    4. Drain liquid from the Burrata container and slice each ball into roughly 8 pieces per ball.

    5. Spread the Burrata evenly onto the pizza, between the dallops of pesto.

    6. Sprinkle the sliced Basil Leaves evenly onto the pizza.

    7. Place the sliced Pepperoni evenly onto the pizza.

    1. Remove hot cookie sheet from oven using oven mitts and carefully transfer the pizza to the cookie sheet using 2 large flipping spatulas.

    2. Bake in a 400°F pre-heated oven for 12-14 minutes. Depending on the oven, 12 minutes may be enough. If not, add an additional 2 minutes to timer - ours runs perfect at 14 minutes.

    3. Remove cookie sheet with pizza on it from oven and let cool for 3-5 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet or transfer to a cutting board.

    4. Cut into 8 pieces (square or triangle) and enjoy!
