Ingredients
2 Frozen Gluten-Free Pie Crusts (We used Wholly Gluten Free brand)
8 Large Raw Eggs
2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)

1 tsp Dried Oregano Leaves
1 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 lb Chopped Broccoli Florets
2 Cups 2% Milk
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Bake both gluten-free pie crusts for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit until ready with quiche ingredients. Keep oven on at 375 degrees. The crusts might split, like one of ours did. It’s OK and will be good to use.

Steam the chopped broccoli florets for 15 minutes for al dente broccoli. Our steamer usually takes 25 minutes to cook broccoli, so 15 minutes is al dente.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
To the bowl, add the grated cheese, minced garlic, oregano, celtic salt, black pepper and whisk together.
Finally, add the steamed chopped broccoli and gently mix with spatula until blended.

In the partially baked gluten-free pie crusts, transfer the egg/broccoli mixture equally and in an even layer.
Bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees F ~ or until the center is just set. 30 minutes was perfect in our oven.
Cut and serve warm. We store extra in the refrigerator and reheat for easy breakfasts!
